Introduction and eligibility
Bolo India is an online platform where users can participate in surveys and share opinions. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.
Account and security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. Do not impersonate another person or access another person’s account without permission.
Surveys and user conduct
Participate honestly and provide genuine responses. Fake accounts, unauthorised automated submissions, duplicate participation intended to gain an unfair advantage, manipulation, abusive content and unlawful activity are prohibited.
Points, rewards and referrals
Points, referral bonuses, certificates and other rewards, where offered, are subject to the applicable platform and programme rules. Suspected abuse may be reviewed and improper rewards may be withheld or cancelled. Points are not cash and are redeemable only where Bolo India expressly provides a redemption option.
Optional WhatsApp promotions
Consent to receive promotional WhatsApp messages is optional and separate from accepting these terms. Not providing promotional consent does not by itself prevent you from using otherwise available platform features. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP or writing to supports@boloindia.in.
Prohibited use
Do not disrupt platform operations, attempt unauthorised access, compromise security, violate others’ rights or misuse the service. You must comply with applicable laws when using Bolo India.
Suspension and termination
Where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, misuse, security risks or legal requirements, Bolo India may restrict, suspend or terminate an account, subject to applicable law.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated from time to time and revised versions will be published on this page. For questions, write to supports@boloindia.in. Applicable law continues to govern rights that cannot legally be excluded by these terms.
